Ronaldinho is considered one of the most talented footballers in the world. He was born on March 21 of 1980 in Porto Alegre, Brazil. His name is Ronaldo de Assis Moreira but he is commonly known as Ronaldinho. Since childhood he has been recognized as a great football player for his passion, his technique with the ball and his dedication. The influence of Ronaldinho to play football was his father Joao de Assis Moreira and his brother Roberto, a family of football addicts. Joao played for an amateur club and Roberto played with Gremio Football Club, but Roberto could not continue playing because of a terrible injury. However, Ronaldinho is the pride of the family for his love of this sport.

       Since childhood Ronaldinho had shown his potencial to play soccer, he loves this game and he wants to play all time. He lives, sleeps and breathes soccer. He played with Gremio from Porto Alegre from 1997 to 2001. During the time Ronaldinho played for Gremio he won some cups and when he played with the selection of Brazil he won the American Cup and World cup (sub-17). He showed his magic and his fantastic abilities since he was young but he wanted more. For that reason, he played for Paris Saint-German for 2 years and it was an amazing experience although he did not win a cup in France, but he won a Fifa World Cup, which is the most important cup in the Soccer World.

      Due to his performance, in 2003, FC Barcelona decided to buy him. In his first season at Barcelona, Ronaldinho scored 15 goals in 32 games of the league. In 2008, Ronaldinho was bought by AC Milan. At the beginning he had to fight to get a good performance, but finally, he was the figure of the team. In 2011, Ronaldinho was again sold to another team called Flamengo and currently he is playing for Atlético Mineiro. He still continued playing in 2013, and he was again called-up for the Selection, being named captain of the national team by Coach Luiz Felipe Scolari.

    As a result of all his efforts, the great glory of Ronaldinho started in Spain with FC Barcelona, the football player made his debut in 2003. In this year's FIFA awarded him the prize "Fifa World Player". From that point, Ronaldinho began to live great moments. In 2004 he was proclaimed champion of "La Liga BBVA" after Barcelona won the Spain Supercup. In the 2005-2006 season was his best year because he won his second consecutive league with FC Barcelona. Also Ronaldinho won his first and only "UEFA Champions League" of his career as soccer player. Finally, Ronaldinho was declared the best player of the tournament.
